Diamond Fire/Waterproof Home & Office Safe with Combination Lock, Dark Gray Hammertone

Seems to be a solid safe but combination dial is clunky and tricky to work, and shelving system is awkward and not explained in the manual.

Nice product at fair price.

The key holders were all broken off. Would be nice to have them replaced

I don't know what's going on with these safes. I ordered one, but the combination did not work. Talked to the manufacturer and they told me to return it. I got a replacement. The replacement was very difficult to get open. The dial was very clunky and hard to get to the right numbers on the combination. Once we got the combination right it was still very hard to open. The handle would not go down all the way to release the door. We had to force it down and it did open. Now, it will not close and the combination is stuck open. I wonder if something is going on inside the mechanism after they've been tested. I can't believe the company would send out products that don't work correctly. I have ordered a different Sanctuary safe with an electronic keypad. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will work properly!

Small dent on the top side but otherwise it appears to be okay.

The safest, beautiful, it fit the space perfectly. I’m gonna order another one, but unfortunately the one I ordered, came with the wrong combination and had to be returned.

bought 4 safes only three would open- Dials are clunky , I guess its what you get for such a low cost safe....

Kinda' wish I had gotten the next larger size. It is a little difficult to work the safe locking system.

For the price, this is a sturdy safe. I like it.
