When White Glove delivery opened the doors, the interior had come apart during shipping. It was shipped as "fully assembled". The floor was sunken, the vertical support was dangling and the shelves in disarray. Surprisingly, 4 small plastic push pins without backs are used to keep the interior secure. I called the manufacturer who apologized but said she could only send me installation instructions. I'm handy but it's more than I could tackle by myself. Poor customer service.
