The basket top came missaligned. The manufacturer reply to my concers was "Thank you for reaching out to us, this is a one piece whole item which we do not replace on our end, Wayfair will assist you direct, thank you." I haven't heard from either Wayfair or the manufacturer since.

Sturdy and stylish. The two sides make is easy to separate lights and darks. Works well with bathroom decor I did add caster wheels to the bottom to make easy to take to laundry room. Love the quality and the price. Very affordable love shopping on Wayfair
