Very disappointed. Was hoping for a positive purchase based off of the great reviews. The fan is tall, powerful, but makes a horrible loud hum that drove me crazy immediately. Came in damaged box, scratched up top of fan. Seems to be cosmetic, but annoying nonetheless, as these fans are expensive for me.

Great air circulation, all in all a good fan but has a high pitch sound and speed slows every few minutes, last only a couple of seconds. I have 2 fans, both fans have the same issue's but differ slightly. Not sure if it's suppose to do this or a manufacturing issue.

Good fan, the Ion feature does deliver much cooler air!
