I’ve purchased many items from Wayfair in the past with varying degrees of satisfaction. 90% great. Wayfair has always stepped in and took care of the issue… What ever it was. The last purchase I made was the Teamson 154 gallon outdoor storage chest. I already purchased 2 others from another source. They are great. This one showed up with slight damage to the box, but upon further inspection there were multiple items that had considerable damage. Metal frame was bent and broken beyond repair. I notified Wayfair and was sent to a third party. Provided pictures. Third party recommended that I provide a list of damaged/potential damaged items. And await replacement. Mind you these are rather large and have multiple parts. I threw the whole pile of parts in the trash. I tried to follow up with Wayfair without success. Customer service is not what it used to be. Had to pick a star or I couldn’t post. Remember the product is great. CS was the issue.
