Product is what expected, damaged upon delivery with missing pieces

Very disappointed in the work bench. Had to receive two full packages of the work bench due to damaged pieces and missing several different screws. The screw that holds the bottom shelf (which supports equipment in the two door areas) was too short, only one or slightly more than one screw thread. Luckily, the installer, had longer screws that would fit (poor engineering design and poor QC in not picking this up. The top has four pre-drilled holes with screw insert. The 6 to 9 screws on the back side have to be drilled and the installer did not have enough room to drill a straight starter hole. The screws had to be put in at an angle (another poor design).The top is in two pieces, why not one solid wood piece that you can stain or something. You can do very little with this laminated slick piece of MDF or similar material. The door locks have to be locked to hold the doors closed. The doors have to be locked to remove the key. Therefore the doors are always locked with the key sticking out waiting to be broke off. Also, they only turn one way making one key in the vertical direction and the other key in the horizontal direction (another poor design and QC). There is also no handle or door knob. You open the door by unlocking and using the key as your door knob. I should have my behind kicked in keeping this work bench but I could only see a royal hassle trying to rebox and return back to Wayfair. I would highly recommend Wayfair to remove this sorry piece of “sxxt” from their website as it gives them a bad reputation to sell something like this with so many design flaws. The shipping boxes were in good shape when delivered so the damaged pieces were apparently damaged when they were originally boxed from the manufacturer, this was not a shipping and delivery problem. Also, the Wayfair provided assembler stated many times, the installation instructions were garbage. This is a kind way of wording what they actually said.

I was very disappointed in this product. To pay this much for a work bench and the closet doors do not have latches. The keys have to remain in place and if one comes out when you are trying to open the door you have to get a screwdriver and pry it open. Bob

This workbench is a really good find given its size and cabinets. Assembly takes some patience and careful review of the pictorial instructions. I highly recommend a small battery powered handheld driver with a magnetic tip for all the screws to complete assembly! Overall I’m very pleased with the fit, finish, and overall quality. So far it’s a good medium duty workbench. The instructions / part identification could be a little more clear, and the top is two pieces and not one as shown in the online pictures. Check your desired work height as this could be a little low for some.

Excellent storage unit and work bench. Lots of space, well made and strong.

There don't seem to be any assemble instructions or small hardware (nuts and bolts.)

This workbench was perfect for my garage! It was difficult to built but I love the slickness and all the storage space.

Incredibly hard to put together, so we're only about halfway there. Should be a perfect fit for our office supplies once it's put together!

The piece works for my husband, however, it was difficult to put together and the holes were drilled in the wrong places. My husband's skill and tools were able to overcome the defects.

The worst cabinet I've ever purchased. Had nothing but problems putting it together, missing parts, very poor directions and the parts did not align together. I would not recommend this workbench to anybody. If you purchase this workbench you will be sorry.
