Easy installation, included all the hardware we needed. Good quality, installed two of them above my garage door. The adjustable height made it very easy to ensure we could still open and close the garage door with no interference. Great product, would buy again.

This is a nightmare from Wayfair and Angi! 1. I ordered 2 racks 2x8 and one rack 4x8. You sent 3 racks 2X8. So I had to return one and reorder a 4X8. 2. The replacement 4x8 came a few days later but is black instead of white. 3. The first person who was going to install the racks a week ago texted to ask if I had a ladder and to have me measure the garage height. Turns out he had never installed a garage storage rack and only had experience with installing TVs. I requested to have a more capable person sent. 4. Today, one person showed up first and said he was here to install only one rack!! ( I paid for all three to be installed). 5. A few minutes later another person showed up and said he was here to install only one rack. So I still did not have anybody for installing the third one!! 6. The first person, after spending several minutes said he was leaving without installing because it was a two person job and he could not do it. 7. I spent the next hour getting a hold Wayfair customer service to explain the situation. We finally scheduled two people to come and install two racks, one 2X8 and one 4X8 next week Wednesday July 19. 8.that left one rack being installed today. 9. Ten to fifteen minutes later the second person said he was leaving without installing the rack as it was taking too long, was a two person job and he had another appointment!!! 10. So now I called Wayfair again and spent another hour trying to get everything sorted. 11. We are now scheduled to have two racks installed at 9 AM July 19 by a two person crew. And another two person crew to install the third rack at 11 AM same day. 12. This sounds inefficient and crazy as far as implementing a project. 13. My garage is now a mess with parts of the rack all over. Things had to be moved around which I cannot put back until the job is done.. 14. If you want to train your people and Angi how to manage projects, I will be happy to do that in person if your CEO also attends!!. I couldn’t make this up even if I tried!

It is someone difficult to hang, you also have to remember it’s 96” long and hangs from the ceiling. The out of the storage it provides is well worth every penny. Get everything off your floor and get organized put a gear loft shelf in your garage. I’m order 2 more to extend the length of my garage.

Works well so far. Looks good.
