If you are like me and just need to find the ever loving dimensions of the product, allow me to help. It comes with 2 pieces. The length of the vent part is 19.75” x 7” x 8.25” The 2nd piece I don’t have dimensions because it’s already installed I forgot to write it down after I having an hour long conversation with customer service talking with 6 different employees who had no idea, until wonderful James saved the day! Thank you James for finding the dimensions for me. GE you need to add the exact dimensions to this product as well as the 10 ft kit, and make it more Clear for your employees and sales reps as well. I had to work through multiple sales reps and customer Service phone calls to finally figure out what should have been a 2 minute phone call.

I ordered this for my 9ft 4 in ceilings. It was significantly too long. Trying to find options besides cutting it down.

We have had to order two different ceiling duct cover kits and still unable to attach this cover correctly. My husband has worked three days on it and it's holding up our tile back splash installation. There were no screws that came with this kit. We have it in slate and using silver screws! Will have to try and cover them up to match. Even our builder bailed on us when it came to installation so we are winging it alone. Very hard to install.
