Got this stove in October, the bottom heating element in the oven already does not work and I can't get any help from lg.

Have had this oven since Sept 2024, has some dents to it when we received it. The ultra heat burner the front left does not seem to be an ultra heat. The front right burner worked fine in the beginning but the last 3 times of using it even on lowest setting it stays red hot no off and on at all. As for the easy clean method is terrible, tried the 3 hour clean, it cleaned but left residue lines inbetween the front glass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven in November 2021, and it has been nothing but trouble. The markings on the dials have completely worn off, making it impossible to know what setting the stove top is on. To make matters worse, only one burner works now. This is unacceptable for an appliance that is just a few years old. I regret my purchase and will not be buying LG products again.

Don't buy this oven, its front elements stops working after 3 years and its very costly to replace. Very very disappointed.

Not happy with our new stove at all. We’ve had the stove for about a week now and it already has metal scratches on the cooktop. I followed the prep instructions and polished the stove top with cream cooktop cleaner that is recommended in the manual, prior to use and we’ve been super careful when placing pans/baking sheets on the stove top and it still has gotten scratches. I’ve polished the cooktop multiple times and the scratches remain. Going back to the retailer tomorrow to see if we can exchange for a different brand.

I wont buy another LG product. I don't know how it gets such good reviews. The heat on the front burners is impossible to regulate. There's no middle ground to cook things thoroughly

Same problem like most burner stays on. Caused issues with smoking the house, child getting hand burned and burnt cookware

I bought this range 5.5 months ago and already the 2 burners aren’t working! Save yourself and buy something else!

Poor product don't buy. This product has a known issue yet there is not a recall. If my family or I get hurt or my house burns I will sue this company, so many issues yet you just keep selling it and not fixing the problem. Just wait and see something bad will happen because these burners are unpredictable. My son burnt stuff on the stove today and it about killed our lungs.
