Won’t connect to lock with zigbee module

Works great. Love this product when I am away from home!!

Only one complaint bridge has to be very close to the lock.

I love August products I do wish this was sold as a complete unit not separate

Bridge works perfectly. Haven’t had any issues at all. I would recommend.

"You do not own any devices compatible with bridge." I've had my 2nd gen lock for years. Works great. Got this to replace an earlier connect that was unreliable. My mistake.

Nothing but problems I got the connect with my door lock. In the beginning connect worked just fine but 2 after I installed the connect, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth RSSI has been -100 most of the time while my Wi-Fi SNR had been -1. So I have to reset the connect and I'll be good for a few hours before it goes back to being poor reception and I have it placed within 5 foot of the AP and 8 feet from the lock. Connect for me had been a terrible opinion, I hoped for me l better.
