This mini split is a very good product. It’s a 3 ton at a very good price. It works well and has heatair. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it needs to be installed by a professional. My husband is very diy, and he figured it out, but it’s harder than we thought. One thing you need to do is blow out the coolant lines, which again is usually done by a professional HVAC company. We got the canister to blow it out. I just wish the information given before I purchased, made skill more clear. Otherwise, great product.

The unit seems to be great, however mine was damaged in shipping. Im unimpressed with that.
