Perfect! My mom got this for my daughter for Christmas. It is a great size for her and her friends (she is 5), and I love that it is very safe. None of the springs are accessible while jumping, which means no feet getting stuck, etc. My daughter especially loves the purple color! I did a lot of research on trampolines before buying this one, and I am so glad I went with a Skywalker. My husband and his friend put it together pretty quickly. My wife was against getting a trampoline because a nurse told her all the horror stories of kids hitting each other and ending up in the emergency room. I grew up in the 70s with a trampoline (and with no nets or padding of course!) so I wanted to give my children the chance. I found that with the round ones kids end up going to the center when jumping and that is where most of the accidents happen. With the rectangular one the bounce is even accept around the edges so there is more surface area for two kids to pay together. The size is great for 2 kids. Love, love, love this trampoline! We had a 13' round and then upgraded to a 15' round. My kids got great use out of them but they were pretty beat up. My son does gymnastics and the rectangle was recommended to practice his stunts. The rectangle offers so much more usable space as opposed to the round! It takes up so much less space in our yard too! Both of my kids jump at the same time and get great bounce, unlike the round where only the person in the center gets good height. Overall, very happy with the trampoline. I was able to put it together myself in about 3 hours. The worst part was tying down the spring cover. The spring cover is also my biggest demerit since it seems too large to fit well - when tied down it creates bulges that may expose the springs. This can be seen in my photo, taken 3 days after being set up. I hope the cover settles with time. Aside from that, my kids love it and i hope to burn a lot of their energy with it.. Brian.
