I ordered 2 pieces. One arrived on time, the other the next day. The one that was late was just thrown on the road. The box was wrinkled and torn in places. I thought everything was completely broken there. But, not so bad, the damage is not significant. Some places has scrapped and The paint is also scratched in places. For me, all this is not critical. Assembles quickly. About 4 hours collected 2 pieces by two people. Hint: if the holes do not match, then you need to turn the part over. And everything fits perfectly. The biggest disappointment was the roof. While we were stretching the fabric, it had already begun to tear at the attachment points. The Pergola is pretty, ARRIVED WITH DAMAGED BOX, AND issues with parts. It has 8 arms, similar, but 4 of two different kinds. .. there were 3 of one kind 5 of another in the package and do not have same holes to line up with the leg parts. MANY missing screws and "2" of the four legs were DENTED, SEE PICS. ... DO NOT USE ANGIES it was a horrible "attempted" service. Had to find my own installer when Angie's did not work out. UPDATE /7/2023 The vender called to see what they could do to get me to take the review down. I said I would not be able to take it down but would comment on how they helped out if reimbursed the extra $60.00 for parts and additional $200.00 to get it up on a Sunday .... they never called back. ...
