The awning is great so far. We have 12*10 size. We added this on our deck on vinyl sliding.. needed to find the stud and used ledger-lock instead of given screws ( as those can only be used in brick).. looks pretty solid, will have to see how it holds in wind.. They were great quality and Im sure well get lots of use. We purchased 36 of these for our church fall festival vendors and they appreciated the split zipper wall, the roll up window shade and the ability to have flex walls. They have high quality zipper walls and the roof and legs are solid. Overall they were easy to put together and take apart (takes 4 people though, to do it quickly). Nice canopy. Arrived relatively quickly. Instructions were easy to follow but I still made an initial mistake but quickly realized the error. Most of the pieces snap together which is nice, otherwise a Phillips head screwdriver or drill is all you need. Fabric seems to be a good quality and well made. Love the bag it came in. Wheels on the bottom makes it great. Easy pop up easy to assemble. Looks marvelous!! No more eating in the hot sun or sitting with the sun beating down on you.
