Great loaf pans! Larger, nonstick pans were problematic for me. The middles didn't fully cook before the edges burned, but these are a better size. They're also a good size for gift-size loaves. Only downside - when they are nested, they are really difficult to separate. I haven't nested mine since I first separated them after delivery, so storage is a bit cumbersome.. Tanya. I really like this bread pain. It is sturdy, washes well, and cooks evenly. I expect it will last many years. It is not coated to be non-sick which is good for me because I did not want that feature. I like to lightly grease and flour my bread pans and when I do this, I have no issues with sticking. This is the second pan I have purchased because I like the first one so much.. Elaine.
