I have an old shower enclosure I hoped to bring back to life with this rather expensive product. I tried cleaning hard water spots off the glass doors and after 2 or 3 attempts can see some improvement, but not enough to justify the price. When I tried it on the abused grout in my entryway, it delivered - leaving the grout much cleaner than before. What an incredible little machine! I ordered this mainly due to the fact that my home I recently bought needed a thorough cleaning especially the window sliders. Wow I was so shocked to see the dirt that was in them and then how efficiently the Neat Steam cleaned them out. Now the windows in this older home look and work so well. My husband and I have been living in our apartment for almost 4 and a half years and we have had two dogs with these 4 years. Our complex has never cleaned our carpets (every 6 months they get cleaned). We rented the rug doctor and it didn't do what I thought and it was bulky and only went one time. I have been seeing good and bad reviews about this, but I chose to invest in our health. We have dust in the carpets from shoes and every daily activities. When my husband put it together and saw the rows he was impressed already. It didn't take him long he followed the directions. Some people's reviews I have read proves they didn't follow directions, follow it! This is expensive and worth it do it correctly. You will have to refill the tanks quite a bit depending on the size of the room but it's worth it. Let the pictures speak for itself. More updated pics soon. I would highly recommend! I would give this vacuum 10 stars if I could. I don’t have any animals but I recently purchased a velvet sofa that is basically a lint magnet! It drove me insane wipping off the sofa every other day. I was having second thoughts about the purchase but I then thought to purchase a handheld vacuum and omg I’m so happy I did. Sucked the lint away in matter of seconds. Picks up fast and quick and the attachments are perfect for my hall stairs so I can remove the brush and use the hose so I’m not placing the dirty brush on my sofa after using it to vacuum up dirt tracked in from outdoors.
