I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. Not satisfied at all. I’ve used the small pan twice and it’s stained. Even after soaking and scrubbing with a blue dish sponge this will not come off. They are beautiful brand new. If you don’t use them, they will look very nice as decoration. I actually cook though. The three dark spots and the stain on the sides is after making breakfast sausage patties.. Miguel.
