LOVE. Great quality and they look amazing. I was quoted $6500 from a local awning company for the same "look" and for the same four windows. The awning is great so far. We have 12*10 size. We added this on our deck on vinyl sliding.. needed to find the stud and used ledger-lock instead of given screws ( as those can only be used in brick).. looks pretty solid, will have to see how it holds in wind.. We love this gazebo! The engineering of all of the pre drilled holes parts was 100 correct, and my husband and I were able to assemble 90 of this ourselves over a long weekend. We had to have a helper to holdstabilize the structure during the process of standing up and attaching the frame together to stand - otherwise the 2 of us were able to get this together. The lift of the roof panels requires some strength and patience, but we got it done! We improvised some strapping to hold or pull parts together at times, and that worked very well. Very sturdy structure. Completely transforms our small backyard, and we look forward to adding more seating, bar and all the comforts of a great outdoor room. Highly recommended!. Lisa. Absolutely Fantastic ! I was searching for an awning that would fully cover a door. This one was an Excellent choice. I was not able to install immediately but when we did, we took it out of the packaging, laid it all out (to make sure everything was there) did a pre-assembly before doing the measurement's to make sure it would fit/work. Took 2 Days if you follow the instructions. Day 1 drill holes and set anchors with industrial caulking, let dry. Day 2 Installation. Definitely a Two person job because the Steel wall brackets are heavy. The final look once installed is Stunning. I would Highly Recommend this product to friends (as we already have).
