They ship it to me in two different orders. Half of my order is completely from different trailer. The customer service is nice to help me out. First of all, it is quite a big larger than I imagined. Definite a plus. A 6’ person can easily stand inside and sleep. Plenty of room for a camping table and 4 chairs. Room for 4 adults to sleep in. Despite not having instructions, it was easy to figure out to put the long rods thru the silver boarder and smaller rods on the sides. I am a 60 year old 5’1” woman and did it myself. The only thing I need to figure out is how to seal the back completely when not attached to my SUV. Not that big of an issue. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is it really would benefit in having at least 1 screened side to keep a view and keep out bugs when used to sleep in at night for some air circulation. As always repacking a bit more difficult. But that is not related to the product. It would need 2 people to fold correctly but I still got it back in the storage bag that is comes with along with the tent stakes. I look forward to using it soon.. Michelle. First of all the carrier is so heavy, that a woman could not lift the ramp into the upright position, it is almost impossible, and I’m quite strong. If a woman is buying this and expecting to be able to lift the ramp - get a lighter weight one because this one weighs too much. The ramp itself seems to be made well, but I think it could have been made a little more sturdy when being secured on the SUV. It’s a little wobbly.
