This came packed well but unfortunately I hadn’t had a chance to put it up. I plugged it in to see how hot it was going get prior to putting in the garage. The fan and heater themselves are fine. Customers should be aware that this can be a very difficult install in an existing house, depending on the location of the unit. KEY THING that Wayfair needs to be aware of is that no light is included with the unit. It looks like there should be one right there in the middle, but the light is not included and is very expensive to add. Wayfair should make this very clear in its listing of this item on its site..
