I love the weight and feel of this Cleaver. It cuts smoothly. I used it on butter steaks to slice for Pepper steak, made very even slices. Also used it to see how it would handle slicing onions, peppers, celery, etc. Most people would think, why would she use a Cleaver, the answer to that would be why not! Anyways, the only thing I forgot to take pictures before, during and after my prep. However today on 09/15/2019 I didn't forget to take pictures. I took pictures after I cut up two whole chickens.
