I purchased this griddler to replace the second flat top griddle in as many years. We use a griddle everyday and I have to say "This one is fantastic!" So many features. First meal was seared balsamic crusted pork tenderloin. Searing feature left a wonderful crust on the fillets and the fact that you can wear on both sides at the same time for up to two minutes and then it switches to a user selectable cooking temp I just st slid my temperature probe into the meat and waited for the correct temperature and it came out perfect. So far love it. Only used it once. It does have a cooler spot between burners but once pan heats up completely it cooks more evenly. Not too heavy which is nice. Handles do get hot so don’t try to move until cooked or it pot holders:) Love being able to cook more pancakes, French toast, etc. at once! Very reasonably priced compared to other similar griddles.
