We purchased this faucet to go into our new home and couldn't be happier with it. The design is sleek. It has a nice height to it which allows for large pots to go under it easily. The pull out handle has a nice length to it and can be used in either the stream of water or the spray. The touch feature works superbly. It recognized a light touch anywhere but the pull out handle part, which is good as it would not be good to use the pull out handle and have it turn off. The faucet also has an auto off feature if you leave the water running too long when using the touch feature. This is a good bonus if the water is turned on by accidental touch by a child or potentially a pet. Like some reviewers I found the time off to be too quick when I'm washing a lot of dishes, but it just takes a simple touch to turn it back on again so it isn't a big nuisance. I love most things about this faucet. I love the quality, the color, the pull down sprayer. I don’t love that the shape of the arch is so narrow that I often hit the side of my granite countertop just trying to rinse off a dish. Banging dishes into the countertopbad. We have used this faucet for three months now and highly recommend it. Easy to clean, the champagne bronze color is so unique and works well against my dark cabinets. It has three different spray functions, my favorite is the shield technology. It is so efficient in getting things that is stuck off and not spraying water all over. Ordered and received the product in a timely manner. We absolutely love the smooth, sleek design of it. It came with everything we needed, and it took from prep to clean up, about 15 minutes to install. It rotates easily back and forth to each side of the sink. Spray hose length is long enough and then some for us. There are two water patterns, spray and regular flow. The regular flow seems to have a little lower pressure than the spray and our last faucet, but that’s me absolutely nit picking though.
