I think I have found my new favorite brand of cookware. My other pots and pans are also tri-ply, but sub par in construction even though they're a top brand. You can see the 3 layers on the edge of my other pots, and they create a sharp edge. This is not so with Tramontina, they made sure to finish that edge smooth. It's these small attentions to detail that really speak towards their quality control. Temperature distribution is top notch (checked with a laser thermometer) and the pan overall feels solid. Perfectly sized and well made dutch oven. I’ve already made a very involved chicken and orzo dish in it, as well as boxed Hamburger Helper (you guys know how life is going this March 2020).
