These pans are glorious. I've been wanting All Clad for a long time and was happy to finally get these. We just bought a nice Cuisinart stainless steel set but really needed a good nonstick pan for certain things. These conduct heat very well and are great quality. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. I just recently purchased this set because Cuisinart is supposed to be a reliable household name and I liked that it was rated as safe nonstick stainless steel cookware! However the two smaller fry pans that came with the set have marks in them as if they’ve been scuffed so I’m not happy! They are absolutely beautiful, several months later I have not managed to scratch my pans! That sure makes me happy. I love these pans but I do wish the lids would sit on them a little bit better when they are turned upside down. I store my pots and pans with the lid on upside down so I can put another one on top however these flip just a little bit, we have to be careful.
