I love this pan! The day it came I decided to make baked spaghetti. This pan is big enough to boil the noodles, then add your veggies and sauce and cheese and right into oven. Dinner for 4! I really like this pan. I think we all can be a little finicky about our cooking utensils. I was a little nervous replacing a pan I've favored for years. Ordering online was a leap of faith. But this pan ticked all the boxes I was looking for. I've already used it several times and I am well pleased. I also like the two handles on either side as opposed to the one long handle. I have many pans, of all makes, shapes and sizes. Some will last for several generations. But as we all know, nonstick pans are not that durable, so I've learned my lesson about spending a small fortune on high end nonstick cookware. Having said that, these two Tramontina skillets are excellent. They are truly nonstick, and yet they do something other nonstick pans can't do: brown salmon fillets ( and chops ). I couldn't believe the lovely bronze finish of my fish, something heretofore was only possible in either my cast iron skillet or my French blue steel pans. Absolutely amazing ! Received this pan without incident. It's very pretty, with a nice little shimmer under the teal color. So far it functions well. The 9 inch size is perfect for a small burner. The real test will be how well the nonstick surface will last. I will try hard to take care of it only using nonmetal utensils. But if it scratches easily, I will update this review.. Patti.
