First experience cooking with ceramic and its amazing because you can cook faster and produce quality meals. The healthy nonstick coating is superior, especially when compared to other Nonstick cooking surfaces. I purposely left pans unclean overnight after cooking just to find out if the cleaning experience would be tougher. It is not, lol. The grime sprayed off like it was fresh, no need to put it in the dishwasher its two paper towels. One paper towel to wash with mild soap and another to dry and put away. Cons - they show as if they can be used with stainless steel cooking utensils in the photos which is not true. They recommend nylon or silicone which is okay but I wanted to keep using steel unless you dont mind scratches. They are not stackable they will chip on the edges so it is nice that they come with protectors. You have to be gentle when storing them and may need to buy more protectors.. Raj.
