Fantastic! I made peach/ pineapple ice cream and also strawberry ice cream with it. Way less messy than with a mixer. Also, this product does not have weird groves on the inside of the plastic container where food can get trapped and leave a residue. And the lid is sealed/ one piece and does not trap water inside. I used to have one with these problems and it left me concerned about having food poisoning or having soap suds become a part of my new cooking. Lid is easy to take off and put on. I have used this once to purée salsa. It worked well. I have two concerns one being liquid collects in the tabs on the cover and they are not removable which makes them impossible to clean properly. Size is great, but have only used once for onions. I did cut them up, but I still had bigger pieces than I would have liked. I still have my 30+ year old Sunbeam Oscar.
