This hot tub is small enough for our tiny deck but still holds three average sized people. It’s super relaxing, like soaking in fizzy champagne! All aches and pains melt away. It’s heaven on a cool, breezy evening. Because it’s small, it’s easy to maintain and clean with natural products like enzymes. The initial set-up was very simple. It is truly “plug & play.” No special wiring or installation was needed. It took overnight to reach a proper soaking temperature (101). Once it gets warm, though, it stays warm easily. The lights are a great bonus and look super fancy at night. This was a great purchase for our little beach bungalow’s back yard. The price was good for the features and quality. I priced a few bigger, better hot tubs and even the smallest was 6K without tax and shipping. You’ll be hard pressed to find a jacuzzi of this quality at this price anywhere else. Wayfair’s delivery service is incredible. Their guys took it right where I needed it and even gave us a free pizza cutter, lol. I owe them a big tip. This was an all around small luxury splurge that was worth the money. If you get this I suggest getting the ozone feature added at purchase time. I bought one after market. I did a lot of homework before buying this nifty little spa. Measuring and such for the perfect fit for all my needs, well, gotta say...it paid off! This little spa is exactly what I needed!!! First off, the delivery men were very friendly and helpful putting it where needed (for I am handicapped). After getting it prepped and filled to my surprise it fired right up and continued to pump until it reached desired temperature...took about 11 hrs. Most spas I have owned had to have one or both pumps primed so this was great! Now if you are buying this spa for four people I will say it will be a little cramped...unless you all 5'6" or smaller! Hot tubs have improved so much with the ozone, LED waterfall, pump, heater and stainless steel jets. We put it to use immediately one day to heat and balance chemicals. Only downer was the delivery crew was worthless, leaving me 73yrs to get it on my deck myself. We are talking an 18 inch lift from the driveway and they had the equipment to do that. Purchased in January and delivered in February. No issues with delivery company. They were here when promised and brought it into the garage until we could move it. I ordered this spa because it would fit through our front door and could be brought into the house and onto the back deck. We have a walkout and the deck is only accessible from our dining room. Once we shimmied it outside- the spa was simple to unwrap and set up. It took a couple of hours to fill. It took close to 72 hours before it reached 104 (we expected this because the outside temp was below freezing). We have had the spa for almost a year and use it at least four times a week. The control panel needed to be replaced after 8 months. Wayfair sent a new panel and their tech support was extremely helpful. We’ve been very happy with this little spa (considering the price- it’s about what I’d expect). Just a few cons: When we have it open and the jets on during the winter the water temp drops to below 100 in about an hour (poor insulation and small pump just can’t keep up with our Michigan winters).
