I really like this mattress, but after 6 weeks the mattress is sinking where my lower back is and it still has a smell to it. The first two weeks it was comfortable, but now I wake up with pain and a headache. It plumped up within 5 hours, but it hung over my queen platform by an inch on each side, so I had to buy a queen smart box frame. I contacted MLILY to see what types of toppers were compatible with it and the customer service agent was not pleasant. If it wasn’t sinking and had faster recovery, I would give it 5 stars because I would hope the smell would eventually go away. It is a shame because this bed other than the sinking and smell would be fantastic if only they could make it better. I’ve been having severe back, neck, hip, and shoulder pain for the past year or so due to my pillow top mattress. It just recently got replaced with a new 10 inch memory foam, which seemed to help, but I’d still wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed. I was very excited to try out a gel mattress topper, specifically a Sealy since I’ve been seeing so many commercials from the lately. When it came in the mail I was so excited. I cut open the plastic wrap and unrolled it. The topper was frozen!! It stayed in the frozen position for about an hour. Was legit solid as a rock, but it had sat outside about 12 hours in 20 degree weather, so I understood why. I turned on the heat and left it alone, in about two hours it was fully inflated. My first impression laying on it was oh my god this is firm!! But then you slowly start to fall into the mattress topper as it conforms to your body. It literally gives you so much support I didn’t have to use a pillow because it was supporting my neck while letting my head sink in. I’m so floored by this item - I woke up with minimal pain (Rome wasn’t built in a day) and for the first time in a long time I’m excited to fall into bed again tonight!!. Rebecca Lynn. I thought this mattress topper would be the answer to making my sleeper sofa more comfortable, I was right! If you have the typical stiff uncomfortable mattress on your sleeper sofa, then you need to purchase this 3 gel memory foam mattress topper, it is amazing!! It took about a half hour for it to take full shape, it was fun watching it plump up. Now I cannot wait until we have an over night guest, no more sore back in the morning. I also tried the topper on my queen size bed, although it was still very comfortable I felt it was too soft, as my bed already has a mattress topper built into the mattress, I feel that it works better on a standard mattress. So we had a icomfort mattress (4.5) years old before selecting this luxurious king mattress. It comes in one box easy to handle. We literally FELL into Heaven with this mattress. We can’t get our two year old out of the bed. It’s amazing how there’s no sleep interruption when moving from side to side and the most AMAZING thing is my husband finally didn’t snore last night.
