This is a really nice piece of cookware. Something you can keep and should last for a very long time. It is heavy, but beautiful and cooks well. So far, I have only made chili in it, but it worked great! I will say that the color is much darker than it shows here. I got the orange one and it is closer to brown than orange. At first I thought they sent me the wrong color until I realized that white is the only other color option. I don't feel this is worth a star deduction, but wanted to mention it.. Charles.
