Absolutely LOVE this Caannasweis Cookware set. They are definitely non-stick surfaces. The cleanup on these pans are amazing. The foods really do slip right off of the surface of the pans. Plus, they are pleasant to look at. The saute pans are almost 3 in deep. Although the handles on the pots do get quite warm, that is noted in the instructions. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. I really like this purchase. I was looking for healthy cookware (no chemical coated stuff) and this pot is almost entirely stainless steel. There is an inner part of the pot that is not stainless steel, but that's okay, because it's layered (intumed if you will) within stainless steel, so that part never touches your food.
