I replaced a bigger fireplace (same BTS’s) but the box is smaller than the one that I had. I really like it although when I purchased it the remote did not work...I contacted the company that made the remote they sent me a new remote although that one didn’t work either, I then tried to call the company that manufactured the fireplace and they instructed me to send an email with a detailed explanation of my problem......1 and a half years later I still have not heard from them.
