The 3 pot version has terrible assembly or usage instructions. 1/ Reboiler (thumper) design is flawed but can be fixed with a 1/4 in coupling and nipple (cut from 4 in to 3; fill reboiler 1/4 full with water 2/ Thumper seal shipped "stuck together" and it took me soaking it hot water to find slit to slip around pot lid 3/ I assumed "spare parts" were somehow related to reboiler and came to conlusion they were just extensions for condenser spout. I distilled 5 gallons of mash in this still last weekend and it worked great. The built in thermometer helps you make sure you keep an optimal distillation temperature, and helps keep foaming or boiling from occurring too quickly. I wish the kit came with a water hose adapter for the cooling water, but I was able to take one off my wort chiller and make it work just fine.
