I was so happy to receive these! I have 2 bathrooms that needed the Shower Tub fixtures to be replaced and brought up to date. Before they were the bright 1980's chrome with the round clear plastic handles. Brings a little more quality look to the space. The price was great! I did have a plumber install them because the precious fixtures were so old I did not want to chance having a problem getting the old fixtures removed. I am glad I found the Mermaid 4 Panel Shower Wall when I was searching on wayfair.com. It is exactly what I wanted for my master bath remodel; something good looking, easy to install, and something that will last. I, or more my husband, didn't want to mess with tile, mixing the mortar, cutting tile, grouting and keep up with the grout lines, so this was perfect. The entire 4 wall kit came in faster than what was expected. It was boxed for the zombie apocalypse; strong and sturdy with no damage. After unboxing, the panels were easy to handle by my husband only. The design was perfect and matched the existing hardware I have picked out. As usual my husband didn’t want any help with it and easily installed it himself. Once he dry-fitted all the panels, he went back and glued them in. The kit it contained everything needed to install it. It had all the caulking and construction adhesive, the installation instructions, care and maintenance instructions on which cleaners we can use (we already use these), and the 10-year warranty page. He was able to put it up in a few hours which really saved time, effort, and frustration on his part. Pro tip; the caulk and construction adhesive is thick and does not run, my husband used a heavy-duty caulking gun and it worked great. He loved the fact that he didn’t have to go in and out of the house all day measuring and cutting tile while his mortar dried on him! Lastly, the caulk that came with the kit matched it perfect, something you couldn’t find at the big box retailers. By the next evening, we were already using it. We love it.. Laurie.
