The packaging has a picture of biscotti on it! I was thinking I'd buy two (and I plan to) as that seems best for fried chicken in the oven, to finish to make sure it is cooked all the way through. One would hold the buttermilk soaked and rolled in flour, then saute (or deep fry) then place on the other (a few small pieces at a time) and place in the oven.
