Extremely well built. Very good quality. Nice heavy duty plastic windows and screens all around. Directions could have been clearer, but we figured it out. Setup was not easy, but worth it. It is tall, roomy, breezy inside. It is absolutely just what we wanted without spending thousands more on a wood-frame custom gazebo. Amazing! This fence is so beautiful in real life! Although not needed, I decided to protect mine by sealing/staining it with a transparent stainer (see pics) after speaking with the Enclo's customer service. The customer service was VERY helpful and guided me for staining advice. This fence is not only beautiful, but also very sturdy and solid. It really was just what I needed and at a great price. I waited until the sun room was finally completed before writing this review. Thanks to all the previous reviewers… your reviews really help prep me for the installation process so my anxiety levels were not so high. Yes the instructions were written by someone who probably never put up or seen anyone else install one of these…nevertheless it took two professional pros one and a half days to install… mainly because it was like building it from scratch with many pieces packed in about six different boxes… I was amazed to see the pieces transformed into a AWESOME SUN ROOM….love love….So to sum all up don’t attempt on your own leave the installation to the pros and don’t stress…not to say that they did not have any problems with the instructions or installation but at least they could figure out the alternatives if need be… I am very happy with this SunRoom it’s like having a extra add on bonus room … I will enjoy….. The packaging of this patio enclosure was not securely closed and the box itself looked like it had seen better days. The clear tarp works well however the picture is different from what is shown in photos on the website. there were no black dividers along the length of the piece (it is just one solid piece, which is fine with me, it was just different than what was shown. the measurements were also confusing. the length and width measurement seemed to be switched in the purchasing options listed as 8feet wide and anywhere from 8, 16, 20 feet in height... I took a gamble that the measurements where reversed. thankfully I got an 8foot high, and 20 foot long patio enclosure. There was also no pull up cord with this "curtain" as it was shown. The awning is great so far. We have 12*10 size. We added this on our deck on vinyl sliding.. needed to find the stud and used ledger-lock instead of given screws ( as those can only be used in brick).. looks pretty solid, will have to see how it holds in wind..
