I want to love this as it seems very sturdy. It is thick plastic and even the screws are plastic, so there won’t be any rust. The doors are glass and I love that they lock. The only issue I had is my 10lb cat laid on the top of it and pushed the grate down. It was not sturdy. We pushed it back in the groove and used a staple gun to reinforce the edges. It seems to not have any give with it anymore. I think more reinforcement to the underside of the grate is definitely needed. I took a picture of it pushed in and after we stapled it back up. . Honestly a very high quality tank. Watertight base is deep enough for several uses, pool or substrate wise. holds humidity and heat really well, and the assembly was super easy with clear instructions. Even came with glass grip gloves to make assembly that much easier and safer. I have 2 hermit crabs and a chameleon together in there and they are so happy. Tall enough and wide enough to be spacious inside, but just right to fit most tables. Bought this for an adult chameleon I adopted that was in too small of an enclosure. Im using the screen sides for ventilation. Its definitely not as well ventilated as the ones that are all screen sides but I know its got some air flow and I often leave the glass doors open during the day anyway. He seems to like it, but it will take getting used to being that he isnt used to the glass sides in some places and theres nothing to grab onto. I added some burlap after this photo was taken along the backside for him to be able to grab and keep his balance whenever he needs to. I like that the bottom is 100 waterproof for when the dripper spills because that was a pain with the other enclosure. Clean up is definitely easier now. The glass makes it easier for him to look out the window which I think he has noticed. He enjoys that. It also makes it easier for me to see him without having to come close which Im sure he appreciated. He likes his space!
