Where to begin Well, I have to start by saying that this sofa is what dreams are made of. We are family of 5 with 3 boys and a frenchie but we did not want to compromise on style and comfort. I wanted RH style cloud sofa but that one when we tested ,we didn’t like super low seating , the very less cushion in those seats and the fact that every time you would have to flufff the seats and 3xthe price. Even though we had no way to test this sofa but I took the plunge by knowing the fact that Sean and Catherine are parents and they must have thought through all of it and I am so glad that I went with my instincts and made the decision to purchase this beautiful sectional.This sofa checks all the boxes-kid and pet friendly, modular look and deep seating , solid yet comfy seats. There were very less pictures on Wayfair in the reviews so I wasn’t sure about the exact color what we would be getting bit it is true to the description- true sand color. As you can see in my pictures, my husband who is 6’2” is laying on it and still there is enough room for rest of the clan. And it is not very low which was major concern for us, it has 18” seat height which works best for us. Wayfair team somehow messed up our order we got qualified for 2 year no interest financing for 2500, and I asked them to put all of the amount first on Wayfair cc and then put the remaining balance on my personal credit card but they did the other way around . They charged my personal account with major chunk and put only 500 on Wayfair credit card , I don’t understand how they can make this big error, after calling them numerous times they said your ticket is open this will be corrected but after almost 25 days they send an email by saying once the order is processed amount cannot be adjusted, if they would have told us on the very first day we would have canceled the transaction and hopefully reordered this. I wish they are more careful with transaction especially of big amounts and avoid all these unnecessary hassle on customer’s end.
