Have very much enjoyed this fireplace. Purchased to have cozy ambiance and to encourage reading. Please note, if you have a baseboard ie. a wall that doesn't go straight down that this unit will not sit flush against the wall. I had to improvise and went to Michael's to purchase a round box to sit between the wall and the unit so it looks cohesive versus a floating pipe that doesn't connect to the wall.
