Great scale! Seems to show accurate weight as I just went to the doctor and this scale shows almost exactly what theirs showed. Entering a few user specs like age and height also gives BMI (based on height and weight), but also body fat , water , bone , and muscle . While these percentages seem “cute” to me, I don’t think they’re likely an accurate representation because it’s just a scale not a scientific test, so I won’t hang my hat on those. I don’t hold this against the scale though. It’s lightweight, easy to use and nice looking if it’s something you want to leave out all the time to monitor your weight.. Andrea.
