Update 2020 I was very frustrated when we put up this tree this year. One set of the lights was out. This is only the second year weve had it. I added a strand and didnt complain. BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! We paid too much for this tree to have multi strands go out. We purchased a pre-lit tree for a reason and Im very disappointed with this situation. Thanks to the wonderful sales associate that helped me find the perfect tree. First one I ordered didnt have hinged branches. Not only did he find me this beautiful tree he made returning the first one super simple. We will love this tree for years to come. Super easy to set up, light are a beautiful soft white and the quality is superior to any Ive seen locally. I bought the 10ft and couldnt be happier.
