Crib came super fast. It does have a small dent, however it is on the back and not visible. Once put together (takes some skills), crib looks great, very sturdy and beautiful. My only BIG remark is that we have put it together almost 4 weeks ago and the smell is still there. Less than at the beginning, but it still smells like paint. I have been cleaning it 5 times now with different products and nothing. We still have a month before our baby arrives and I trust hope smell will be gone by then.. Serena. The crib itself arrived in an excellent condition (not even one scratch), the crib is fantastic and looks exactly like the photo, I would even give it a 5 star, the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the crib has only 2 levels and the gate is very low, so when I put my child in there it was very easy for him to jump out from the crib, I called the manufacturer they said sorry this crib is made only for kids shorter than 35" (my child isn't 35" yet), However, I had to make 4 new holes in my "new crib" to make a new lower level.
