Before we built it we noticed a hole in the "box" (two flat pieces of cardboard taped together) it came in, various dents on the white board on one side (incidentally the side not covered by cardboard, very interesting), and two end caps were missing on the foot bars. Both are pictured below. In an era where companies often use way too much packaging, it would have been good to have quite a bit more in this case.
