FABULOUS Double burner. Quality made. Heats very quickly. While many may use this in addition to their regular stove when entertaining, I am using it as my main stove all the time and highly recommend it as such. Since I mainly roast ,bake and cook casseroles and meals in my large, counter ,convection oven,and don’t cook on regular stovetop that often because it is older and not heating quickly, I don’t intend to replace my older stove and will use this double burner, instead ,for anything I need to cook in a pot. I am VERY happy with it. ..and an extra plus is no more having to struggle to remove drippings from down inside the grates and pans of regular stove. Because the large Burner does heat fast, experiment with lower settings , first, for foods you usually cook on it. I purchased this to see if I would like induction cooking. We are doing a kitchen remodel and because we are solar, I wanted to go with electric. Originally I was thinking of having my kitchen piped in for gas, but why when my solar energy is such a savings. I needed a hot plate anyway to have something to cook on during the remodel. I was upgrading my cookware so I purchased the set that would work on induction (or any other head element). I am loving the induction! It heats up so fast and cooking time is faster. I really like the heavier no stick cookware for induction. This will save me time and money--especially since my house is solar! I recommend trying induction. So easy to clean.
