Horrible product! Sadly, I ordered 2 and both boxes had parts missing. Called Wayfair and they said they'd mail out the missing parts soon, but just got a tracking for 2 wks! UNACCEPTABLE! Never again.

Doesn't rock as well as I had hoped but is ok. Nice chair otherwise. I leave it on my screened in porch all year,never know when a nice day will pop up in winter. =]
