[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this shed early this year and had it built next to our house. We talked with the installer about the roof as we really wanted a ridge row and some wall vents and he said if we picked up the supplies he would install them; what a relief. He was awesome and very efficient. We love the shed and it is very well made. We applied 2 coats of paint and 2 coats of stain for the trim areas. We also installed a border around the bottom that we constructed from a trellis and lined with screens as we wanted to keep cats and other critters from setting up home underneath the shed. We mainly purchased this shed so we could store items from our garage attic to keep us from having to go up/down stairs along with the normal lawn and garden supplies, chair cushions, umbrellas in off season and other items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is sturdy and durable. Put up in 2 1/2 days took this long due to weather. Had more than 2 people working on it at times. Should tell people it needs all parts for roofing not just shingles. Did give lots of nails and screws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reviewed several different types of sheds thoroughly and this 20" x 12" Astoria shed seemed to have all the features and value I needed ina garden shed to store all my extra belongings. It was delivered very quickly and efficiently. At first the instructions seemed confusing as there didn't seem to be enough but as we started to build it, it all fit into place. very happy with my storage shed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this built last month over the fourth of July weekend. Directions were easy to follow and all pieces were cut perfectly to size. Used a framing nailer which definitley sped up the process. Overall I am very happy with how it turned out after we had it painted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my shed installed built on site early October and I'm very pleased with it. I had it built on a cement slab. The only thing I did to touch it up was to caulk under the roof overlay, there were gaps and I had to paint it. I had vents and two windows installed. Looks like a little house. I also had my doors installed on the long width side. One thing to note is although it was built on a cement slab, township inspection required it be anchored down to the slab. A building permit was also required that I had to pull and pay for because I was informed by Handy Home products, they do not pull permits.
