The packaging has a picture of biscotti on it! I was thinking I'd buy two (and I plan to) as that seems best for fried chicken in the oven, to finish to make sure it is cooked all the way through. One would hold the buttermilk soaked and rolled in flour, then saute (or deep fry) then place on the other (a few small pieces at a time) and place in the oven. Unlike some other "cooking racks with pans" - this goes into the dishwasher as the correct size (larger ones could block the little arm that throws the water around).. Barbara. Oh my god!! The best!.... no more grease spatter on my stove. No more greasy bacon. It is so much easier to make bacon in the oven, and so much less guilt as it’s not cooking in its own fat. I have also found that I can take a pastry brush and brush with some maple syrup during the last 2 minutes and have the most amazing flavor without having a disaster to clean.
