Loveeeee this set! They are beautiful! If you have trouble with it “losing” its shine (inside) or tarnished its not (look at my photos). You have to treat this set like you treat a cast iron skillet “season” the pans after use. After a good hand wash dry the pans with a soft cloth, then dab a few drops olive oil (or oil if your choice) wipe the inside of each pan (you are coating the oil in the pan) and wah lah they are perfect again! I really love the look and loved how it cooked. I just used it for the first time on low heat. I just washed it thoroughly and this is what I was left with ( super disappointed. perfection......but treat them with care.......I was raised with the copper bottom pots from my mother....I know how to NOT work with copper......trim or otherwise. Copper is wonderful for fast heat transfer but my pots NEVER see a Dish Washer!!!!......do so at your own risk. I have the All -Clad stainless but this is a serious step up in terms of heat distribution...faster, more even....but......if all you want to do is heat something as fast as you can and clean it without recognizing that copper requires care.....move on... great product.. lynn. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking.
