So far love it. Only used it once. It does have a cooler spot between burners but once pan heats up completely it cooks more evenly. Not too heavy which is nice. Handles do get hot so don’t try to move until cooked or it pot holders:) Love being able to cook more pancakes, French toast, etc. at once! Very reasonably priced compared to other similar griddles. Shipping was super quick and it is very nice. Super easy to install. The over is huge and the oven light is so bright you can clearly see your food through the glass door. I love that it has the broiler and it comes with a little pull out rack. It also has a way of holding cookie sheets or pans in the broiler without using the rack. The griddle is nice,not as thick as I would have liked but itll do fine. It has a self cleaning button and all the functions youll ever need. It is not smudge proof but it is easy to clean.
